Details

First request

Name the device and allowed folder in the task. With multiple machines, this helps avoid selecting the wrong project.

Access controls

Check the connected client and its access in your account. Folders, writes and terminal access are configured on the device.

Frequently asked questions

Can I add the server through the CLI?

Yes: codex mcp add mcpenrouz --url https://mcp.penrouz.com/mcp. Then run codex mcp login mcpenrouz.

Why can’t the AI see my computer?

Check that the agent is running, the device is approved and the client signed in to the same PENROUZ ID.

Do I need to share the whole disk?

No. A selected folder is enough for file tasks. Terminal access is separate and uses the OS account permissions.
