MCPENROUZ Software License 1.0 Effective: 14 October 2026 Publisher and licensor: PENROUZ LLC (ООО «Пенроуз»), Russian Federation. INN: 1800046214. OGRN: 1261800000747. Scope and acceptance This agreement covers the original MCPENROUZ software distributed by PENROUZ, including the device agent, desktop settings application and original code. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses. Read these terms before installing or using the software. Installing or using it after being provided with these terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, do not install or use it. This permission also covers earlier official MCPENROUZ agent and desktop releases, to the extent the licensor is entitled to grant it. 2. Permission to use The licensor grants, within its rights, a royalty-free, non-exclusive license, worldwide for the duration of the applicable copyright, subject to these terms. You may download, install, run and make backup copies of the official software for personal or business purposes, on devices you are authorized to control. You may configure the software and integrate it with compatible AI clients, MCP clients and your own tools through its documented interfaces. No separate copyright license fee is charged for these permitted uses of the agent. Cloud service access, account/device limits and any separately purchased plan are governed by the service terms at https://mcp.penrouz.com/terms. This license does not create a subscription, charge, hosting commitment or service warranty. 3. Distribution and reserved rights You may share or mirror unmodified official release packages, keeping this license and the third-party notices, identifying PENROUZ as the publisher and preserving a link to https://mcp.penrouz.com. Each recipient receives the same permission directly under these terms. You may not represent the software as your own product, sell a software license not granted to you, remove notices, or publish modified versions, derivatives or a competing hosted distribution of the original code without written permission from the relevant rights holder. This is a proprietary license. It does not transfer intellectual property ownership or grant general rights to modify, sublicense or commercialize the source code. All rights not expressly granted remain with their respective holders. Rights granted by third-party licenses or mandatory law are unaffected. 4. Authorized access and security Use the software only with authorization from the owners or administrators of the affected devices, accounts and data. Do not bypass access controls or use it for credential theft, malware, disruption or other unlawful activity. The permissions you select can allow file changes, commands and process control. Choose appropriate permissions and keep backups. Authorized security research and integrations are permitted within this license and applicable law. Report vulnerabilities at security@penrouz.com without sending live secrets. 5. Data and external services This license grants no additional rights over your files, credentials or data. Data handling is described at https://mcp.penrouz.com/privacy. Services and AI clients you connect have their own terms. This agreement does not expand the device permissions you have configured or authorize third parties to access it. 6. Warranties, mandatory rights and termination Except for mandatory rights and commitments in a separate applicable agreement, the software is provided as is, without an additional contractual warranty of uninterrupted operation, suitability for every environment or error-free output. No provision excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. The licensor may terminate this permission for a material breach to the extent permitted by law. You may stop use and uninstall at any time. Separate service agreements and mandatory user rights remain effective. 7. Text and changes This copy records the terms of license version 1.0. A later license version does not retrospectively narrow rights granted by this copy. A separate written agreement can grant additional rights. English and Russian texts describe the same terms; mandatory local-law protections always apply.
