Frequently asked questions

Do I need Windows administrator privileges?

Installation is per user. The agent uses that user’s capabilities.

Can I update without losing folders?

Application updates preserve device settings. Check the version and checksum before changing releases.

Which builds are verified?

Stable and preview statuses are listed on the setup page. ARM64 needs separate verification on a real device.
